General

How can I pay?

  • Restaurant + SHOP: In the restaurant you can pay via CASH, payconiq or bancontact.
  • Private wellness: When booking online (without a gift card) you can pay directly online. When booking via a gift voucher, you pay on site with the voucher + any overlay.
  • B&B: When booking online you can pay directly via MOLLIE or you can book under a credit card guarantee and then pay everything on site. Business customers can pay via invoice by bank transfer.

Is there parking for the restaurant / B&B / private wellness?

We have 8 parking spaces and 1 disabled parking space. There is free parking in the street.

Is reservation via the internet final?

Yes, but you will still receive a confirmation e-mail or an extra e-mail with practical information (b&b).

Can I also make a reservation by phone for the private wellness, breakfast, lunch, dinner or b&b?

Yes this is possible, but it is above all much more practical and less time consuming to book online.

How can I cancel?

Always check the reservation and cancellation conditions. Everything is clearly stated there.

How can I request an invoice?

During check-out it is possible to request an invoice for your stay. Please always provide your billing information before checking out.
Billing information is understood to mean:

  • Company name
  • Address
  • VAT number
  • Email where the invoice may be forwarded to

I have lost my voucher or my voucher has expired? What now?

The HERENHUIS is not responsible for loss or theft of a gift voucher. This also applies to expired gift vouchers that are no longer valid. The HERENHUIS does not offer any goodwill in this respect.

When can I come and pick up a gift voucher?

A voucher can always be collected during the restaurant's opening hours. If a business invoice of this is desired, we ask that you leave all business details on site, including the e-mail address where the invoice may be sent.

Can I redeem a gift voucher?

The gift voucher can only be redeemed on site for the consumption of food/drink/breakfast (restaurant) - private wellness - overnight stay (B&B). In other words, you can NOT use your voucher to purchase another voucher.

How do you reserve a room?

Via our cubilis booking platform (button BOOK NOW) you can always directly see the prices and availability in your adapted language. Booking online is the fastest and easiest.
After your booking you will receive an email from us with all practical information to prepare your stay.

How do I book an overnight stay + wellness?

  • WEEK: Check the availability of the wellness times and then you can book directly via the "book now" button
  • WEEKEND: On Fridays, Saturdays and holidays (except summer holidays), the wellness times are reserved for b&b clients until 1 week before arrival. So book your package in time. This can be done via the "book now" button or the request form at the package deals.

Under "special requests" during the booking process, you can then state your desired wellness time slot.

When can I check in and out of the rooms?

  • Check-in between 14 - 19h. Check out till 11h.
  • Late check-out until 14h is possible for an additional charge of 25 euros per person.

If for some reason you cannot check in or out between these fixed times, please discuss this in advance with the reception. We will then see together what we can do.

Can I enter at night with my key?

Yes. Once you have checked in, you can enter with your key card through the main entrance or the private b&b entrance.

Wellness

How can you reserve your wellness time?

Without or with a gift voucher, you can very easily book your wellness time via our ONLINE AGENDA. (Button ‘Book now’ and then ‘Book your wellness’).

During the booking process, you can add extras to your booking. Please note that extras such as tapas and flower bouquet must be ordered 2-3 days in advance. You can also order extras in the reminder e-mail if this has not yet been done. You can then pay these CASH on the spot.

This way, you can always put together your package according to your personal wishes.

If you would like an invoice for your booking, you can request this directly during the booking process. No business invoices are issued afterwards.

If you book with a GIFT VOUCHER, please always give a valid and correct gift voucher number. An invalid or expired voucher will automatically delete your booking.

How can I book a wellness sleep-over (or LUXE wellness sleep-over)?

It is best to inquire first via MAIL. This is because we need to check both room availability and private wellness availability. This way you can be sure that there are still wellness times available when booking this package.

How do you reserve a LAST - MINUTE wellness time?

You can always consult the open times for 1 week via our last minute reservation page. You select your time and you will receive a confirmation from us when your time is reserved.

You will also receive an email with the extras to put together your own arrangement.

What are the opening hours of the private wellness?

The private wellness is open 7/7. (Always by reservation.) Last check-in during the week is at 19h. On weekends at 20h30 pm.

Checking in and out in the private wellness?

We ask our customers to be present 5 – 10 minutes before the start of their wellness time. This way we can give them all the necessary explanations.
Fifteen minutes before the end of the wellness session, a gong sounds so that you as a customer know that you can get ready. This way we can clean in time and prepare everything for the next customer.

Is the wellness completely private?

Yes, you rent a complete private sauna room with your partner or your own company, so you won't meet strangers.

Do I have to bring my own towels to the private wellness?

No, all bath linen, bathrobes, slippers and care products are provided and included during your private wellness session. So you do not need to bring these extra.

What is the price for an extra child/person in the private wellness?

  • Children aged 0 - 3 are FREE. (NO bath towels/ slippers/ bathrobe provided)
  • Children from 4 - 11 years is € 30. (bath towels also provided)
  • From 12 years you pay € 60 per additional person.

Is swimwear mandatory in the private wellness?

No, since the wellness is completely private, you can choose whether you prefer to enjoy your session with or without swimwear.

Is the private wellness child-friendly or family-friendly?

Our private wellness area with the indoor pool has been adapted for a child- and family-friendly experience. This way everyone can enjoy the private wellness.
You rent a complete private sauna room with your partner or your own company during the time of your choice.

Who can experience the wellness?

Both B&B customers and non B&B customers can rest their senses here. Wellness Herenhuis is always rented privately from 2 to 6 people.

How long does a private wellness session last?

A standard private session lasts 3 hours. With the last minutes, times of 2 hours may sometimes become available.

An overnight stay with private wellness is standard 2 hours. We do this to give everyone the opportunity to use the wellness facilities.
However, you can always request with your reservation whether there is a possibility to book 1 extra hour. Subject to availability, we will adjust your reservation. The extra charge for an extra hour of wellness is 60 euros.

What is included in a private wellness session for 2 people?

The following items are always included in the private wellness of 3 hours for adults:

  • Fruit water and fresh fruit.
  • Towels, bathrobes and slippers.
  • Shampoo, shower gel and hand and body lotion from Atelier Rebul.
  • Use of changing room, relaxation room, private outdoor terrace.
  • Use of all private Wellness facilities.
  • Adjustable music via fixed Ipad.

For children from 0 - 3 years (= FREE): towels, bathrobes, slippers are not included. We are happy to welcome you and your partner or family/group of 2 to 6 people.

Are own drinks allowed during the private wellness session?

Bringing your own drinks or food is NOT allowed.

We have a spacious bar with drinks and snacks that you can enjoy during the wellness session. You can pay this on the spot during check-out.
You can always request EXTRA drinks in advance via your confirmation email, such as wine, cava, champagne, ...

What at a NO SHOW?

In the event of a NO - SHOW, the full amount will be charged. If payment was to be made using a gift voucher, the relevant voucher number will be validated and you will not be able to use this voucher again. In case of a NO - SHOW, the reservation can no longer be moved to a later date.

Why can you never book in advance for private wellness from Friday MIDDAY to Sunday MORNING with the ONLINE wellness agenda?

From Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon, the wellness times are first reserved for the B&B CLIENTS.

One week in advance, any free times will be posted online at last - minutes. From Monday to Friday afternoon and on Sunday afternoon, however, you can plan in advance.

Brunch breakfast

What types of breakfasts are there?

From Monday - Thursday - Friday there are WEEK BRUNCHES. Arrival is from 8h30 - 10h30. Here you will enjoy an extensive brunch buffet. For the real gourmets, the weekly brunch can be extended with extra snacks and a glass of cava.

  • Price adults: € 28 p.p.
  • Price children 4 to 12 years: € 15 p.p.
  • Price children 0 to 3 years: free
  • Price extra snacks + glass of cava: € 10 p.p. (can always be given on the spot)

On Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays there is an extensive WEEKEND BRUNCH. Arrival is from 9 - 11h. During the buffet we serve various seasonal snacks at the table, prepared with passion by chef - cook Virginie.
